Precautions
Seek advice from a healthcare professional before giving iron supplements to a child or using them for suspected iron deficiency. Symptoms such as fatigue and pale skin can have different causes.
Keep out of reach of children. Accidental iron overdose can be dangerous, particularly for young children. Seek urgent medical help if an overdose is suspected. Consult a doctor or pharmacist if you take medication, have a medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding. Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced diet.
